RETURN & REFUND POLICY
In case of fresh food, in case your pup doesn’t like the food, please let us know and we will help you with a return and refund for the unopened packs only. Delivery fees will not be refunded.
In case of short eats and dehydrated supplements, no refund will be provided for good which have been shipped.
